Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026 • Domain: https://jankarstudio.in

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Jankar Studio QR Code Generator available at https://jankarstudio.in ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may discontinue use of the Service.

2. Permitted Use & Commercial License

All QR codes generated through Jankar Studio are provided free of charge under an unrestricted worldwide license. You are permitted to use, reproduce, print, display, and distribute generated QR code images (both PNG and vector SVG) for:

  • Personal, academic, and non-commercial projects
  • Commercial product packaging, merchandise, storefront displays, and marketing flyers
  • Digital portfolios, client websites, resumes, and business cards
  • Point-of-sale customer billing and payment displays

3. User Responsibility & Print Verification

QR codes generated by Jankar Studio are static: the visual barcode contains the exact data characters you input. Once printed on physical media (such as billboards, retail packaging, or thousands of visiting cards), a static QR code cannot be edited or redirected remotely.

Mandatory Test Scan Requirement: You are strictly responsible for thoroughly scanning and verifying your generated QR codes using multiple physical smartphone cameras and test devices prior to mass printing, lamination, or commercial release. Jankar Studio is not liable for printing expenses, reprint costs, or distribution errors resulting from typos or unverified links.

4. Disclaimer Regarding Financial & UPI Transactions

Jankar Studio provides visual encoding tools for National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) UPI payment intent strings. Jankar Studio is not a payment aggregator, payment gateway, banking institution, or financial intermediary.

We do not process funds, hold customer balances, or guarantee payment settlements. Payers who scan UPI QR codes are independently responsible for verifying the recipient's registered Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and payee name on their respective UPI applications before authenticating transactions with their UPI PIN.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to generate QR codes that facilitate phishing attacks, distribute malicious software or ransomware, deceive consumers through impersonation, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Jankar Studio does not warrant that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
